Do / Would you mind… 的使用方法
1、基本使用方法
Do / Would you mind… 的基本使用方法是表示请求允许或征求他们建议，Do / Would you mind…后面主要接动词的ing形式（doing）或 if引导的条件状语从句，句首的 Do也可换成 Would，如此语气更委婉，意为“劳驾”“你可否……?”“请你做……怎么样?”如：

1. 其后可接if 从句，但不接whether从句。

一般说来，赞同用Yes, 不认可用No，这是很多同学牢记的一条要紧规律。但，对Do [Would] you mind... 来讲，状况则完全相反。由于对Do [Would] you mind... 的回答，从本质上说是对 mind 的回答，也就是说，若赞同他们的请求，应用 not mind，若不认可他们的请求，则用mind。一般的回答方法有：
1. 表示赞同的答语：
No, that’s all right. 不在意，没关系。
No, go ahead, please. 不在意，请……吧。
Certainly not. 当然不在意。
Of course not. 当然不在意。
No, not at all. 一点也不在意。

2. 表示不认可的答语：
Yes, I do mind. 是的，我在意。

Better not, please. 请最好不要……

4、特殊使用方法
Do you mind…? 除上述使用方法外，还有一种特殊使用方法就是可以表示气愤或反感，意为“请别如此做”“别来这一套”“你如何搞的”“我可真火了”。如：
Do you mind? I don’t want to hear that kind of language here. 别讲了，我不许在这儿讲这种话。
Do you mind? That’s my foot you’re standing on. 如何搞的? 你踩我的脚了。
